UPDATE: Bomb threat prompts Petersburg court evacuation
PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – CBS 6 senior reporter Wayne Covil is reporting all courts in Petersburg have reopened following a Friday morning bomb threat.
All courts buildings are clear. Police & Sheriffs deputies moving road blocks. Court will proceed in Petersburg. #CBS6—

Covil said the courts were evacuated after the threat was called in around 9:00 a.m.
Police dogs searched the courts for explosives and found nothing suspicious.
