CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR) Virginia Department of Transportation announced today that a new traffic pattern will begin tomorrow in Southside.
Starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday April 4, eastbound traffic will be moved adjacent to the recently paved westbound travel lanes on Route 60/Midlothian Turnpike from Beaufont Hills Drive to Agency Avenue.
These two eastbound lanes will be under construction until sometime in July, said VDOT.
Entrance driveways will remain open to business owners in this area. No U-turns will be allowed in the area.
Most recently the westbound travel lanes of Route 60/Midlothian Turnpike have been under construction. This is part of the German School Road flood management said VDOT.
