RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -The man who has spent the last two years serving meals to Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and his family has left the executive mansion, and a state police investigation is underway.

A spokesman for Gov. McDonnell confirmed Chef Todd Schneider is no longer an employee.
Virginia State Police told CBS 6 they are looking into a reported allegation of “improprieties involving the kitchen operation at the governor’s mansion.”
No charges or arrests have been made, police said.
Schneider owns Seasons Fine Catering in Midlothian.
