RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions drawing is $290 million.
The Virginia Lottery's John Hagerty said that number, once considered very high, is not getting quite the amount of media attention it used to. That's because larger jackpots are becoming more common.
Still, the $290 millions has folks in Central Virginia buzzing -- and buying tickets.
