(CNN) – New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton and general manager Mickey Loomis will be suspended without pay for the 2012 football season and the team’s former defensive coordinator, Gregg Williams, will be suspended indefinitely from the league for allegedly running a “bounty program,” the NFL announced Wednesday. The league also fined the Saints $500,000, it said in a statement, and the team will forfeit its selections in the second round of the 2012 and 2013 NFL drafts.
