ON YOUR MENU: Pizza Cups

What You'll Need:

3/4 pound  ground beef
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1  can (7.5oz) refrigerated biscuits
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
6oz. tomato paste
1/4  teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)

Brown and drain beef; add onions and sauté until soft.  Add chili powder, stir in tomato paste (mixture will be thick) cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and place biscuits inside to cover bottom and sides of ten cups.  Divide beef mixture between the  cups and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 10 pizza cups.
