Police use fogger to control crowd outside nightclub
RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Richmond Police used a fogger outside nightspot Q Club in an effort to control a crowd around 9:30 Friday night.
According to police, an event was letting out of the Midlothian Turnpike club when the crowd started to get out of control. That’s when police used a “control enhancement device” and arrested several juveniles for disorderly conduct.
Police said those arrested have since been released to their parents.
