RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police released a sketch of the man they said shot a U.S. Marine during a robbery in Richmond, Virginia last month.

Police described the robber as a black male, skinny, 5’10” and in his late 20s.

During the robbery police said the man wore a black or red bandanna around his face. The bandanna may have had a Houndstooth print design.

The Marine suffered life-threatening injuries. Police said he is currently in rehabilitation.

Police asked anyone with information about this crime to call Detective Amira Sleem at (804) 646-3871 or the Department’s Tipsline at 514-TIPS (8477).
