Icy road conditions expected overnight, early morning

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Slick roads could be a problem again as temperatures are expected to drop down overnight to 28 degrees.

Temperatures will drop around 11 p.m. and remain below freezing until sometime in the early morning.
