BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A Bedford County woman will spend 15 years in prison for beating her boyfriend to death with his own cane.
Kristinia Pongracz, who pleaded no contest to second-degree murder last October, was sentenced Friday.
Police said the 29-year-old beat 77-year-old William Herchenricker with his cane in May 2010 because he wanted to kick her out of his house.
