RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Fire crews responded to a Hazmat situation near the intersection of Overbrook Road and Chamberlayne Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Apparently, a man on a GRTC bus sat in something in a seat that caused a burning sensation in his lower extremities.
As a result, the bus was stopped and authorities are investigating.
