HENRICO COUNTY, VA (WTVR) - Today former cheer leading coach Maurice “Moe”Jerralds was indicted on three new felony charges of indecent liberties with a minor. He now faces 11 charges total.

The grand jury certified charges involving one new victim, who was 11-years old at the time, and is now in her 20s. [LINK: Coach accused of sexual molestation in court, new victim comes forward]
The allegations include fondling, nude pictures and sexual intercourse between Jerrald’s and the oldest victim.

Jerralds appeared before the Henrico Circuit Court in December 2011 after allegations were made that he sexually molested two teens, between the years 2007 and 2010. [LINK: New allegations against cheer coach]

He was indicted then on eight felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor under 15 and with a minor under 18.

“The power that he had over everyone is crazy, like he honestly just had a spell over everyone he ever talked to or looked at…everyone was so in love with him,” said Alli Habib, a friend of one of the alleged victims.

"It was hard to step forward and break the spell,” she added.

In December a Henrico judge set an $80,000 bail for the former cheerleading coach, $10,000 for each of the charges against him.

Jerrald was acquitted of sexual molestation allegations in 2001 when he coached at Spirit Station Gym in Chesterfield and in Henrico.

Jerralds is due back in court on Jan. 24, for a status hearing.
